With over 25 years consulting in both public and private sectors, Lala has worked in Rwanda, Madagascar, Democratic Republic of Congo, Botswana, and South Africa. She is extremely passionate about connecting African individuals with jobs related to the Food Security and Mining Sector. She is particularly interested in women empowerment and pours a lot of her time in combating gender based violence. Through consulting and job implementation, she is able to help bring healing and economic stability to Africans who went through suffering and stressful experiences.
Lalanirina has her Masters from Madagascar University in Humanitarian + Economic Geography. Since 2005, Lalanirina has been a Senior Consultant in Project Management. She’s worked with different international NGOs and Institutions including: IEZ, GRET/IRD, Deloitte, USAID Deliver Project, Care International, World Bank Institut, Comesa, and SADEC. Before her current job, Lalnirina focused on Behavioral Change Communication and Research. She has expansive expertise in working within multicultural settings and high-intensity scenarios.
Lalanirina has benefited from various professional trainings in various sectors, including areas of focus in: Decentralization on Education, Public Health, Industrialization, Trading, and Handcraft.
